Overview

Cprime is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our INRY team and facilitate growth through successful project delivery. The consultant will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

In Short

• Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct workshops to promote user adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow applications according to client specifications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure quality standards.
• Educate stakeholders on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow developments for process optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Client and project management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proactive communication skills.
• Self-starter with flexibility to adapt to project demands.
