In Short

• Consulting clients on the optimal use of ServiceNow for their business processes.
• Developing and implementing customized ServiceNow solutions to improve efficiency.
• Conducting training and workshops for clients to familiarize them with the latest features of ServiceNow.
• Assisting in the integration of ServiceNow into clients' existing IT infrastructures.
• Analyzing and optimizing existing ServiceNow implementations to maximize customer benefits.

Requirements

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and its modules, especially ITSM, CBMD, ITOM, ITAM, SAM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in IT consulting or ServiceNow consulting.
• Experience with IT projects in large corporations (not mandatory).
