Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 2+ years of client-facing experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or similar programming languages.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
