Overview

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst at Hummingbird, you will play a key role in ensuring compensation practices are fair, competitive, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Your work will promote equity, transparency, and long-term employee success by supporting compensation structures that are sustainable, clearly communicated, and aligned with both organizational needs and employee well-being.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
