As a Sr. People Relations Consultant at Hummingbird, you will support a respectful, fair, and inclusive workplace culture while guiding managers through conflict resolution and workplace issues.

Requirements

• Experience with remote workforces is a plus.
• Prior use of HRIS tools like Workday.
• Certification in employee relations or mediation is desirable.
• Ability to manage unemployment claims across states.
