Overview

The Senior Consultant Relations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a regional strategy with Consulting firms to grow Calm’s employer sponsored healthcare business.

• Target prospective consultants through various channels.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Approximately 25% travel required.

Requirements

• 8 years of Sales and/or Account Management experience.
• Experience in a Consultant Relations role or similar.
• Strong relationship building skills within benefits consulting firms.
• Knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Ability to overcome objections and turn them into opportunities.
• Understanding of the buying cycle for health management programs.
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• High intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence.

Benefits

• On target earnings of $260,000 annually.
• 65/35 split between base pay and incentive compensation.
