Senior Manager, Consultant Relations - Remote

Overview

Hello Heart is seeking a talented Senior Manager, Consultant Relations who will play a critical part in our commercial team by supporting the sales team focusing on consultant relations. The role will be responsible for helping to manage, build, and maintain relationships in the consulting community, as well as educating consultants on our value proposition and key differentiators.

In Short

• Develop and nurture Hello Heart relationships with consulting contacts.
• Collaborate with key groups at Hello Heart to advance opportunities.
• Coordinate and participate in events with key consulting firm offices.
• Partner with Customer Success to nurture relationships with consultants.
• Develop and execute on a national strategy for an assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Consulting Relations.
• Experience at a consulting or brokerage firm is strongly preferred.
• Relationships with firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW required.
• Experience with a digital health solution, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Strong preference for candidates on the west coast.
• Excellent poise and presentation skills, strong writing skills.
• Adept at social selling and networking.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
