Overview

As a Workday Architect at Hummingbird, you will design and govern the strategy for our Workday instance, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and user-friendly while supporting the growth of our organization.

In Short

• Design and evolve the Workday architecture and adjacent platforms.
• Establish governance standards for configuration, security, and integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Workday Solutions Architect or Product Owner.
• 8–10+ years in enterprise applications, preferably HRIS.
• Strong experience in Workday reporting and analytics.
• Expertise in integration methods and secure data sharing standards.
• Excellent communication skills for technical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and governance.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
