Overview

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at GEICO, you will manage the administration of base salary compensation, job evaluations, market pricing, and salary structure, playing a crucial role in supporting corporate functions.

In Short

  • Manage base salary compensation and job evaluations.
  • Conduct market pricing and salary structure administration.
  • Support year-end compensation administration.
  • Develop and present summary reports of compensation analysis.
  • Benchmark jobs against market data to determine competitive compensation ranges.
  • Advise HR and management on salary administration and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions.
  • Assess jobs for classification and appropriate salary range.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders on compensation matters.
  • Utilize Excel and Workday HCM for data analysis.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of state and federal pay regulations.
  • Commitment to adhering to company policies and codes of conduct.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
