The Territory Sales Manager at GEICO is responsible for managing agency relationships and driving sales growth within a designated area, utilizing various communication methods to build connections and ensure agency performance.

• Manage agents in the Dallas Fort Worth Metro and West Texas area.

• Travel required: 30% overnight travel.
• Must reside in or near Dallas, TX.
• Salary range: $104,550 - $161,950 per year.
• Compliance with GEICO’s driving standards required.

Requirements

• 5 years of sales or relevant insurance experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to learn and apply technical information.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Experience with various lines of insurance is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and virtually.
• Must be able to follow complex instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
