Overview

The Territory Sales Manager at Victaulic is responsible for driving sales in a designated territory, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring project success through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction or mechanical products industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction cycles.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
