Overview

As a Territory Manager for our Moen brand, you will enjoy working with an established book of business customers to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and construction professionals.

In Short

  • Work with an established book of business customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with wholesalers, dealers, and construction professionals.
  • Travel overnight approximately 2-4 nights a quarter.
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain a regular sales call schedule.
  • Attend and participate in wholesaler trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Create and implement a Sales Plan for your territory.
  • Support Company Builder Marketing philosophy.
  • Work under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
  • Autonomous work environment with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work unsupervised.
  • Flexibility to maximize business opportunities.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and endurance required.
