Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing agents in the Los Angeles/Orange County area to drive business growth and exceed sales targets for National General Insurance products.

  • Ability to analyze market data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
