Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and understanding customer needs to build rapport and trust, ultimately contributing to the growth of the company's business goals.

  • Maintain compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience preferred.
  • P&C licensing preferred or must obtain within 90 days.
  • Ability to close sales of insurance products.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Leverage community contacts for sales pipeline.
  • Initiate outbound calls to target customers.
  • Monitor competitors in the local market.
  • Understand company underwriting guidelines.
  • Handle customer payments and receipts.
