Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust, specifically in the auto insurance sector.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • P&C licensing preferred or must obtain within 90 days.
  • Ability to close sales effectively.
  • Strong community engagement skills.
  • Initiate outbound calls to target customers.
  • Understand company policies and underwriting guidelines.
  • Receive and verify customer payments.
  • Meet sales goals through new product sales.
  • Deliver results within quality and performance metrics.
  • Comply with all rules and procedures.
