Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and building rapport with customers in the auto insurance sector.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in sales.
  • P&C licensing preferred or must attain within 90 days.
  • Ability to close sales of insurance products.
  • Strong community engagement skills.
  • Initiate outbound calling for product offerings.
  • Monitor competitors and market conditions.
  • Work with leadership on marketing strategies.
  • Understand and promote company policies.
  • Comply with all rules and procedures.
  • Ability to receive and verify customer payments.
