Overview

The Bilingual Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales in the insurance sector, building customer relationships, and achieving business goals.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience.
  • P&C licensing preferred or must attain within 90 days.
  • Ability to successfully close sales.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Leverage community contacts to build a sales pipeline.
  • Initiate outbound calls to customers.
  • Understand company underwriting guidelines.
  • Comply with all company rules and procedures.
  • Maintain an active presence in the community.
  • Receive and verify customer payments.
