We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our internal recruitment team, focusing on sourcing and contacting potential applicants, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes.

In Short

• Work remotely from Latin America.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2) required.
• Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST schedule.
• Engage with candidates through various recruitment platforms.
• Screen and interview applicants.
• Maintain ATS and administrative records.
• Complete reports and metrics related to recruitment.
• Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or HR roles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
