Overview

The Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster role is responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for complex automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages, while mentoring junior employees.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in auto claims handling preferred.
• Ability to handle complex investigations and negotiations.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and property damage assessment.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.
• No supervisory duties involved.
