Overview

The Auto Telephone Claims Representative is responsible for investigating and confirming facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages, and adjusting and negotiating claims within their authority.

Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience in claims handling preferred.
  • Bilingual skills desired but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
  • Understanding of automobile parts and potential damages.
  • No supervisory responsibilities.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
