Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and building relationships with customers in the insurance sector, focusing on products such as auto, life, and roadside assistance.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in sales (insurance preferred).
  • P&C licensing preferred or must attain within 90 days.
  • Ability to close sales and meet goals.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of company underwriting guidelines.
  • Deliver optimal results in customer satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Receive and verify customer payments.
  • Work collaboratively with sales leadership.
  • Build relationships with local community organizations.
  • Promote company products effectively.
