Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust, contributing to the profitable growth of the company.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in sales.
  • P&C licensing preferred or must obtain within 90 days.
  • Ability to close sales and meet sales goals.
  • Strong community engagement skills.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Monitor local market competitors.
  • Understand company underwriting guidelines.
  • Receive customer payments and issue receipts.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
