Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and building relationships with customers to support the growth of various insurance products.

  • P&C licensing is preferred or must be obtained within 90 days.
  • Work in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to close sales of insurance products.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Monitor competitors and suggest improvements.
  • Comply with company guidelines and procedures.
  • Receive customer payments and manage cash drawers.
  • Maintain a physical presence in the community.
  • Build a sales pipeline through community contacts.
  • Stay updated on company policies and underwriting guidelines.
