Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust, working within the market/retail location.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience.
  • P&C licensing preferred or must attain within 90 days.
  • Ability to close sales of insurance products.
  • Initiate outbound calls to target customer base.
  • Monitor key competitors in the local market.
  • Deliver optimal results within appropriate metrics.
  • Understand and promote company guidelines.
  • Engage in community activities for building sales pipeline.
  • Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
