Overview

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales and understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust, while managing a book of business within the market.

Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Preferred P&C licensing or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Strong sales closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain community relationships.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Monitor competitors and suggest improvements.
  • Deliver results within quality and compliance standards.
  • Understand company underwriting guidelines.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must possess authorization to work in the USA.
