Overview

The Territory Manager - Sales will focus on selling technology and services to new jails and renewing services with existing partners, with a significant amount of travel involved.

In Short

  • Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial contact to signed contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues and leadership to achieve revenue goals.
  • Document and track partner interactions using Salesforce CRM.
  • Solicit and schedule demonstrations for services offered.
  • Maintain strong communication with the marketing team for trade shows.

Requirements

  • Background in sales or equivalent corrections technology experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently and across multiple teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proactive in receiving feedback from leaders and teammates.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
