Technical Manager - IGA Architect - Remote

Overview

The Technical Manager is the technical lead on large, complex deals, delivering high-end services, improving our industry reputation, and up-leveling consultants, deliverables, and services.

In Short

• Support team growth and development of IGA plans/roadmaps for customers.
• Rationalize security solutions against requirements, risk, and constraints.
• Provide thought leadership through participation in industry groups and delivering talks.
• Track and monitor current happenings within the security industry.
• Contribute to internal team building and training activities.
• Improve methodologies, tooling, reporting, and processes.
• Work across Identity to improve customer outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and assessments based on experience.
• Responsible for 2-6 projects simultaneously.
• Deliver and lead other consultants in complex projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying SailPoint and/or Saviynt.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Confident presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting and Identity and Access Management.
