Fullscript is looking for a Senior Growth Data Scientist to analyze and optimize marketing performance, guiding investment decisions and improving practitioner engagement.

• Analyze top-of-funnel marketing performance across various channels.
• Build frameworks connecting marketing spend to acquisition and retention results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms.
• Background in A/B testing and statistical modeling.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting with stakeholders.
• Ability to define metrics and recommend actions confidently.
