• Work closely with CFO, CEO, and Growth teams.
• Develop predictive models for sales growth and customer behavior.
• Create a Media Mix Model for spend allocation.
• Lead quantitative analysis for marketing performance insights.
• Build dashboards for key marketing metrics.
• Utilize SQL, R, Python for analytics experiments.
• Identify growth opportunities in the marketing funnel.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build analytical ETLs for data science models.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and marketing acumen.
• Experience with sales and marketing data.
• Proven track record in predictive modeling.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with SQL, R, Python, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills for translating data insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to high standards and excellence.
• Experience in consumer brand growth strategies.
• Ability to work up to 60 hours per week.
