In Short

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain the general ledger for accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and compliance checks.
• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting operations.
• Prepare cash burn reports and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights.
• Utilize ERP systems and support automation initiatives.
• Support external audits and tax filings.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 4+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and independent work capability.
