As an Email Operations Manager at Eight Sleep, you will own the operational backbone of our lifecycle marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns and automated flows run smoothly and deliver measurable results.

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and automated flows.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Klaviyo.
• Experience with testing platforms like Litmus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of CRM segmentation and A/B testing.
• Proven track record in email/lifecycle marketing operations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
