• Own the complete client billing cycle to ensure accurate invoices.

• Perform reconciliations and maintain records in QuickBooks/Zoo Books.
• Prepare financial dashboards on revenue and cash flow.
• Support tax compliance and audit readiness.
• Track financial movements tied to contractors and clients.
• Optimize accounting workflows for accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Zoho Books.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
