In Short

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge statistical and machine learning models to enhance consumer experiences and drive growth.
• Take technical ownership of the end-to-end ML project life cycle.
• Leverage large-scale datasets for exploratory data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build robust data pipelines and infrastructure for model development and deployment.
• Evaluate model performance and conduct A/B testing.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in machine learning and fintech.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data science, specializing in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Expertise in predictive modeling and optimization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with large datasets and cloud platforms.
• Proven track record of leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex models.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
