Overview

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be a key member of the Compensation team reporting to the Director, Compensation. In this role, you will help to advance our compensation philosophy by being a critical advisor and support to our business leaders.

In Short

  • Manage and administer company-wide compensation programs.
  • Lead development and maintain salary structures and job grades.
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking studies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business leaders.
  • Support the design and implementation of incentive programs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compensation processes.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support leadership decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage compensation projects from design to execution.
  • Serve as a liaison with outside vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 7 years as a Compensation Analyst.
  • Global experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Experience with HCM software like DayForce.
  • Strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
