In Short

• Plan and conduct exploratory, generative and evaluative user research.
• Determine appropriate research methods, define and conduct research across multiple projects.
• Communicate insights and recommendations using reports, journey maps, personas, and other formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.
• Educate the broader team on research best practices.
• Contribute to building best practices, processes, and standards in research.

Requirements

• Previous exposure to behavioral research methods.
• Master's/Doctoral degree in behavioral research preferred.
• Experience as a user experience researcher or similar roles.
• Engineering background or experience with developer tools preferred.
• Experience creating repeatable, scalable research methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience with visual communication preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience building complex products in various markets preferred.
• 2+ years of experience required.
