Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HCI, statistics, or related field.
• 2–7 years of industry experience in UX research or related fields.
• Proven experience in designing and analyzing quantitative research studies.
• Strong statistical analysis skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end research projects.
• Experience integrating quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Strong research portfolio demonstrating impact.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus.
