Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely to enhance system reliability and performance for an internationally successful software and education company.

In Short

Work remotely as part of the Site Reliability Engineering team.
Automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency.
Continuously optimize system uptime and performance.
Conduct capacity planning and scaling of infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and respond to incidents.
Perform root cause analysis after incidents.
Communicate effectively in both English and German.
Collaborate with various teams to solve complex problems.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English and German.
3+ years of experience in IT operations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools.
Problem-solving and self-organization abilities.
Knowledge of cloud services, preferably Google Cloud.
Experience with PHP is a plus.
