Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer at NinjaOne, you will be part of a passionate team focused on building unified IT solutions that simplify IT operations. Your role will involve scaling products for millions of users while ensuring service quality and availability.

In Short

• Diagnose and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, SCRUM, and deployment planning.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations.
• Improve service availability using observability tools.
• Influence design decisions for best-practice architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Develop scripts and tools for efficiency.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Site Reliability Engineer roles.
• Expert level Linux administration, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Experience with AWS and its core capabilities.
• Experience with cloud automation and IaC toolsets.
• Understanding of containers and microservice architectures.
• Passionate about automation and security.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
