In Short

• Responsible for facilitating and leading program capture, development, planning, and execution across the Air Force Strategic Systems portfolio.
• Accountable for developing and managing new programs and establishing programmatic relationships.
• Manage project planning and execution of individual or a collection of projects.
• Perform activity and resource planning in coordination with the assigned engineering lead.
• Manage all pre contract and post award contractual requirements.
• Perform cost estimating and budget planning.
• Analyze and manage project risk and documentation from inception to close out.
• Lead the development of proposals in a collaborative manner.
• Effectively communicate work results to project teams and management.
• Collaborate with customers through program execution and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or related field of study required.
• 3-5 years of experience in program-related area with functional or program management experience.
• Aerospace systems experience is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
• Proven track record of successful business interaction.
• Strong relationship-building and persuasive skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
