Field Medical Director, Oncology - Remote

Overview

The Oncology Field Medical Director is responsible for providing expertise in Solid Tumors and Early Pipeline support across various Medical customer segments in the Mid-Atlantic region.

In Short

• Plan and execute Medical strategy for assigned customers.
• Provide therapeutic area/product information to stakeholders.
• Deliver approved medical content about Pfizer medicines.
• Identify medical engagement from priority customer segments.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs on clinical trials.
• Maintain effective communication among Medical colleagues.
• Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels.
• Manage a significant volume of projects in a remote environment.
• Participate in mentorship and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Travel 60-80% of the time for meetings and events.

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
• Demonstrated change agility and flexibility.
• Strong problem-solving and networking skills.
• Ability to adopt and utilize new digital technology.
• Experience in Field Medical roles preferred.
