Overview

The People & Culture Associate at Manay CPA will support the full employee lifecycle, contribute to talent acquisition, and enhance employee engagement in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Participate in talent acquisition efforts during peak hiring times.
  • Manage and maintain employee records for compliance.
  • Assist with employee relations and foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate on company-wide initiatives to enhance culture.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives like team-building events.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and provide insights for improvement.
  • Assist with payroll support and benefits administration.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices for process improvements.
  • Work remotely from Turkey with occasional travel requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Experience in Public Accounting or Consultancy is a plus.
  • Understanding of US Labor Law is advantageous.
  • Excellent English communication skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
