People Associate - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a People Associate to work remotely for our People and Culture team to support a range of HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, resource planning and talent management.

In Short

• Supporting the Employee Relations Manager with employee relations matters.
• Providing guidance on Company policies and Employment legislation.
• Creating a positive employee relations approach.
• Maintaining accurate records related to employee relations.
• Developing and reviewing HR policies.
• Assisting with organisational change and employee engagement.
• Keeping updated on employment legislation.
• Identifying knowledge gaps and implementing training plans.
• 3+ years of experience in a mid-level HR role.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR.
• Experience in advising on employee relations and recruitment.
• Track record of managing employee relations cases.
• Strong knowledge of Data Protection / GDPR.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Confidence in building relationships.
• Good analytical and systems skills.
• CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Warehousing is desirable.
