Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Associate People Partner, joining our People team. As an individual contributor, the Associate People Partner provides proactive, strategic partnership to their assigned client group, in alignment with the function’s lead People Business Partner. The Associate People Partner will provide support on employee relations, guide people managers through the performance and feedback processes, and own the effective implementation and iteration of our annual people programs, ensuring our people solutions drive business performance.

• Act as a partner, enabler, and coach to people managers.

Requirements

• Experience in a People team, supporting a global organization.
• Tech start-up experience is a plus.
• Commitment to Remote's values.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Resourceful and takes initiative.
• Ability to guide managers and team members.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
