Overview

The Associate People Partner will be responsible for driving people-related initiatives across various departments, collaborating with People Business Partners, and ensuring that the company’s culture and values are upheld.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Curiosity-driven mindset and passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to think end-to-end and consider holistic processes.
• Comfortable addressing difficult topics directly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships.
• Experience supporting people managers and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Background working with front-line teams is a plus.
• Experience in driving employee engagement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of employment law and compliance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
