• Align People strategy with business priorities to drive results, focusing on improving organizational performance.
• Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence (COEs) to analyze People trends and metrics.
• Use business data to derive insights that support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with business leadership to foster positive work relationships and enhance morale.
• Act as a champion for organizational change management and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide support for business transformation and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage Employee Relations issues through effective investigations.
• Stay up to date on legal requirements related to talent management.
• Support people leaders in addressing employee behavior and performance issues.
• Coach leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP responsibilities.
• Experience in building strong relationships with business leaders.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling employee relations matters.
• Solid understanding of relevant employment law.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to make sound decisions based on company policies.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
