Overview

The People Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership and operations teams to support people management practices across the independent school business, ensuring effective talent management and fostering a positive culture.

In Short

• Act as a trusted partner to business leaders and team members.
• Provide advice on the employment life-cycle including attraction, hiring, and retention.
• Guide the People Advisor - South in role clarity and performance expectations.
• Support operational teams in managing complex employee relation matters.
• Partner with L&D to enhance people development and succession planning.
• Analyze engagement results and develop action plans to enhance engagement.
• Create and share monthly people reports with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a People or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
