Overview

We are seeking a Finance Support Manager to join our finance team, focusing on the hospitality industry. This position involves remote work and travel across the North of England and Scotland, providing financial support and advice to our operations teams.

In Short

• Proactively partner with Operations Team to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Support monthly completion of trading accounts.
• Produce variance analysis and insightful reporting.
• Assist in accurate client and company forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct financial audits and advise on best practices.
• Provide training and support to non-financial managers.
• Travel to various locations as needed.
• Work closely with the Head of Finance.

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role.
• Studying or part-qualified CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-location business finance.
• Strong financial training skills.
• Excellent communication and Excel skills.
• Outgoing personality with rapport-building ability.
• Proactive and organized individual.
• Commercial acumen.
