Overview

Loopio is seeking a Finance Manager to manage and optimize the company's financial systems through Netsuite, contributing to the long-term strategy of the organization.

• Oversee and optimize financial systems and processes within Netsuite.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and organizational policies.
• Coordinate annual financial audits.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff.
• Support technical accounting expertise during ad-hoc projects.
• Liaise with other finance team members for audits and reporting.

Requirements

• University or College Degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA designation.
• Experience with international financial operations and IFRS standards.
• Understanding of general ERP requirements.
• Experience using Netsuite, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
