Overview

Loopio is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our growing Sales Team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating qualified sales opportunities, building a sales pipeline, and generating new business leads.

In Short

  • Prospect and develop existing business upsell opportunities through multi-channel outreach.
  • Identify additional customer champions and business units in Enterprise organizations.
  • Engage with prospects to learn about their needs and get them excited about the Loopio platform.
  • Qualify leads by conducting high-level conversations with executives.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the sales development process.
  • Conduct sales development best practices using enablement technology.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team on prospect communication plans.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of Loopio demonstrations.
  • Collaborate on account maps and overall expansion strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in cold calling and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly motivated to succeed and exceed KPI targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience is a plus.
