Overview

Loopio is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment while contributing to process improvements and systems efficiency.

In Short

• Maintain the Accounts Payable subledger.
• Vendor setup and maintenance.
• Management of the AP inbox and vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements to internal reports.
• Review vendor invoice coding and departmental allocation.
• Process payments to vendors and employee expenses.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Support ad-hoc projects across the Finance team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Interest in building relationships and collaboration.
• Ability to be coached and improve.
• Bonus: Experience with Netsuite.
